Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased through FairWin Global Business Consulting Private Limited (“FairWin Global”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via our Platform.
- All sales of services are final. FairWin Global does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within [90] days of placing the service order before any work has commenced.
- Once a service engagement has commenced or scheduling has begun with FairWin Global or its consultants, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- Services already rendered or completed cannot be canceled or refunded.
- For any concerns or dissatisfaction with the service, customers must contact our customer support within [30] days of service completion. FairWin Global will review and may offer additional support or remediation but no refund will be issued.
- Subscription or retainer-based service cancellations must comply with the terms outlined in the signed agreement; no refunds will be provided for any fees already paid.
- Failure to notify us timely about any issues may void your ability to request any form of resolution.
- All policy-related disputes shall be resolved according to the Terms of Service and any applicable agreements signed with FairWin Global.
