FairWin Global offers consulting, business strategy, and technical integration services including APIs, SDKs, white-labeled solutions, and go-to-market support for B2B clients. Services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Online-Only Platform

All services, communications, documentation, and transactions occur via our digital platform. We do not provide any offline or in-person service unless specifically contracted otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are payable online via authorized payment gateways integrated into our website. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to process your payment for the selected services. FairWin Global does not store your credit/debit card or UPI data; all transactions are handled securely by third-party gateways.

5. Payment Gateway Terms

• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateway providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, etc.).
• We are not liable for delays, transaction failures, or unauthorized transactions that occur on third-party payment gateways.
• You agree to the terms and policies of the payment provider used for transactions.
• Invoices are generated and sent via email post-confirmation of successful payment.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• All payments made for consulting or digital services are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement.
• No refund shall be provided once the service has commenced or access to tools/platforms has been granted.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before scheduled service initiation, and approval is subject to review.

7. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse, resell, or exploit any part of our service for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and activities on your account.
• You must ensure all information submitted is accurate, complete, and updated regularly.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform for:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Uploading or spreading malware, viruses, or spam
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Gaining unauthorized access to our servers or systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, services, logos, and trademarks are the property of FairWin Global or its licensors. No part of this platform may be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Any information exchanged during consulting engagements, integration, or onboarding shall remain confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose, reuse, or republish confidential information without consent.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or practices. Your interaction with any such service is solely between you and the third party.

12. Limitation of Liability

FairWin Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FairWin Global from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
